Mr. Chandra Shekhar Nopany, Chairman
Mr. Nopany is a Chartered Accountant and Master of Science in Industrial Administration
from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, USA. He is an eminent industrialist
having vast industrial experience in diverse fields like sugar, tea, shipping, textiles,
fertilizers and chemicals, etc. He is the past President of Indian Chamber of Commerce.
Mrs. Shalini Nopany
Mrs. Nopany is an Honours Graduate in Commerce and an MBA from the University of
Pittsburgh. She has an eminent business background and is a patron of Fine Arts
and is the Vice President of the International Institute of Fine Arts in Modi Nagar.
She is also involved in various charitable activities and is the Trustee of the
Tree of Hope Foundation, which runs Park Junior School, which gives free education
and vocational training to the slum dwellers in Kolkata.
Dr. Shabnam Agarwal
Dr. Shabnam Agarwal is a dedicated clinician, innovative educator and serious researcher. She is a specialist Musculo-skeletal physiotherapist, practicing in Belle Vue Clinic, Kolkata, as the Chief Physiotherapist, since the past 25 years.
Mr. Rajiv Singhi
Mr. Singhi is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
He is the senior partner of Messrs Singhi & Co., a leading firm of Chartered Accountants
and has vast experience in the matter of financial consultancy, merger, demerger,

financial market. He is well known businessman with more than 40 years of
experience in corporate affairs, commodity trade and Venture Capital. He is the
Chairman of GPSK Capital Private Limited, a renowned stock broking firm, having
memberships of both exchange i.e. National stock exchange of India Limited and
BSE Limited.
